This is WHO we are!
Here in Goshen, Indiana, we take great pride in our city and our people. We’ve come a long way since our founding back in 1831, and we are still growing and improving, making it one of the best places in Indiana to live, work, play, and visit.
The Good of Goshen is a slice of our story. These are some stories of our people, our communities, and our endeavors in their own words that celebrate what makes Goshen a thriving and welcoming place to be. We hope this community-driven, storytelling project, The Good of Goshen, inspires others to share their own Goshen stories and/or to learn more about “The Maple City.”
Inside these pages you will learn about some of the good in Goshen and read about a few of the folks who–working within our welcoming and supportive community–have achieved, overcome, accomplished, and succeeded in creating and doing so much of the good work that has helped Goshen become what it is today: one of the best places to live in the State of Indiana and in the entire Midwest.
