Goshen’s Mayor is a Green Leader
Goshen Mayor Jeremy Stutsman
In 2021, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) tapped Goshen Mayor Jeremy Stutsman to serve as part of an advisory committee representing rural communities on climate change.
As a member of the Small Communities Advisory Subcommittee, Mayor Stutsman is now among a select group of local leaders with a voice in shaping governmental policy on the environment from a small-town perspective.
Committee members like Mayor Stutsman share their experience with the real-world effects of climate change on their towns, their assessment of the EPA’s work to address it, and what steps communities like Goshen are taking to mitigate their impact on the environment and adapt to daily life in a warmer world.
