- Boundaries are from Plymouth Avenue to the north, 16th Street to the east, College Avenue to the south, 9th Street to the west.
- The neighborhood association gathers monthly for business meetings, as well as several social outings throughout the year.
- Every August, neighbors gather for an annual ice cream social. The ice cream is homemade by a local resident!
- Around Christmastime, neighbors gather to go caroling from home to home, then end the evening with hot chocolate and cookies.
